You can switch subtitles ON with the cc icon on the control bar. Subtitles are not used here to actually subtitle the spoken words, but as annotations providing additional information during the video, so it is good to have them ON all the time.
Update September 2024: Podia has adopted a new video player. Unfortunately it no longer has the Search Video feature to search in subtitles. Nevertheless, it is still recommended to have subtitles on!
